Thermal Stability by Cone and Plate DMA

Description  
A dynamic mechanical analyzer is used. Material is placed between the cone and plate and heated to desired temperature.  A time scan is performed at a constant frequency for a set period of time.  The test is carried out in an inert nitrogen gas environment.    
Options  
This test can be performed in an air environment.  
Data  
Complex viscosity v. time is reported for each test temperature. This data appears in Matereality as Melt Rheology by DMA.

Application
