Description  
A differential scanning calorimeter is used to heat or cool the material over a temperature range, while measurements of heat flow are made. A heat-cool-reheat scheme is typically used where the material is heated to its molten state, cooled to 40C and then reheated at a constant rate of 10C/min. Data related to the second heating are reported.    
Options  
The scan can also consist of collecting data while heating the material to its molten state.

Application
