Langmuir Laboratories

DatapointLabs facilities are located in the historic Langmuir Labs building at the Cornell Business and Technology Park in Ithaca, NY. Originally built by GE in the 1950's, the building is named after it's famous Nobel Prize winning physicist.

Cornell University

Founded in 1864, Cornell University is a beacon of learning in the world. Named the 'Hottest Ivy" in a 2007 Newsweek poll, Ivy League schools, the university has a strong multi-disciplinary science and engineering core and is home to 20,000 students.

DatapointLabsí is an independent facility but with deep roots to Cornell. Founder Hubert Lobo is a Cornell Chemical Engineering alumnus and many staff members have worked or studied in the past at Cornell.

Ithaca

Ithaca is the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region, in the valley of the scenic Cayuga lake. It is surrounded by natural gorges and waterfalls. Its close proximity to Cornell contributes to its intellectual and cosmopolitan vibrancy. Recent ratings list it as one of the top small cities in the US to live and work.


Driving directions from Rochester / Buffalo

Take I-90 E toward Albany. Take Waterloo Rte 414 Exit and turn right off the exit ramp. Turn left at the light onto Rte 414. Follow the signs for Ithaca. Use Rte 89 South into the city, about 40 miles. Once in Ithaca, take Rte 13 North about 3 miles. Turn left on Warren Road and then right on Brown Road. See map for further directions.

Driving directions from Syracuse

Take I-81 to Cortland (29 miles). Take Exit 12 for Rte 281 and Ithaca. Follow Rte 281 to Rte 13 South, 21 miles into Ithaca. (In the town of Dryden, watch for a right turn to stay on Rte 13.) Turn right on Warren Road. Turn right on Brown road. See map for further directions.

Driving directions from Binghamton and New York

Take I-81 North towards Cortland and Syracuse. Take the Whitney Point exit and follow Rte 79 into Ithaca. Once in Ithaca, take Rte 13 North about 3 miles. Turn left on Warren Road and then right on Brown Road. See map for further directions.

Driving directions from Massachusetts, via Binghamton
