NX Nastran Isotropic Temperature Dependence (MATT1)

Description
This TestPak includes Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio at ambient temperature plus and two more modulus measurements at non-ambient temperatures spanning the range of interest. MATT1 is combined with with MAT1. The temperature dependent data is provided in TABLEM1. Poisson's ratio is assumed to be independent of temperature.

Useful for design of parts that will undergo small deformations. This model is necessary whenever the part being designed will be subjected to varying temperatures. It is recommended that the material be tested at the upper and lower temperature limits, ambient, and one additional temperature between ambient and maximum.
