DIGIMAT MX Creep (TEVP)
Test ID
G-175
Description
This TestPak provides data input for DIGIMAT MX reverse engineeering. It includes tensile stress-strain, strength and modulus, and Poisson's ratio performed on specimens cut in the 0° orientation. Additionally, tensile stress-strain, strength and modulus tests are performed on specimens cut in the 45° and 90° direction. This is supplemented by creep tests on 0° specimens at three stress levels.
Included Tests
2x | M-204 | Tensile Stress-Strain, Strength, and Modulus |
1x | M-206 | Tensile Stress-Strain, Strength, Modulus and Poisson's Ratio |
3x | M-250 | Tensile Creep |
Options
-A reverse engineering service is offered to create a DIGIMAT material card [G-175RE]
-15°, 30°, 60° orientiations
-Creep rupture to determine failure
Samples
: 25 plaques (4 x 12in)
[details]Application
This model is used to describe material deformation under load over time. For use in applications in which analysis extends beyond the elastic region of a material into the plastic region. This model is not recommended for materials exhibiting large strains. It is designed for materials obeying the von Mises yield criteria.
