Abaqus Creep Model (*CREEP, LAW=TIME)
Test ID
G-730
Description
Creep strain vs. time is measured at three stress levels (typically 10, 30 and 60% of yield stress) and a single temperature, and the results are fit with the time hardening law model. Because creep measurements are typically recorded for 1000 hours, results are not available within the standard 5 day turnaround - please call for availability.
Included Tests
3x | M-250 | Tensile Creep |
Options
Temperature dependence can also be incorporated into this model by ordering the model at multiple temperatures.
Samples
: 20 tensile bars
[details]Application
This model is used to describe material deformation under load over time. The material is assumed to be isotropic.
